Welcome to the Ananda Life Academy, where we are dedicated to supporting spiritual and personal growth through a personalized, structured approach supported with ongoing training, weekly group coaching calls, weekly group energy healing sessions, and spiritual events. Our mission focuses on empowering individuals to achieve spiritual transcendence and embrace their complete nature, integrating aspects like our sacred sexual energy and our shadow selves.

Our founder Yanick Webster has a rich and varied background in personal growth, holistic business development, and spiritual empowerment. With over 30 years of experience, including nearly three decades dedicated to guiding others on their journey, Yanick has developed a holistic approach to spiritual empowerment, teaching, and healing.

At the Ananda Life Academy, our goal is to help individuals overcome obstacles by teaching them how to build and master creating a personal journey that gets them to what they wanted to achieve. We believe that the pathway to spiritual empowerment should be both structured and flexible, incorporating personalized spiritual growth, holistic healing and integration, community and co-creation, flexible structured learning, lifelong learning and transformation, and empowerment beyond traditional mindfulness.

Our programs includes the SMART Rituals Training Program and the Inner Mystic Mastery monthly membership program that includes providing students a foundational 52-week certification course. This program uses our core framework, The SMART Rituals Training program helps you develop the underlying framework for a strong spiritual practice, while the Sensoralogy System, to help you build the cornerstone to your own unique spiritual empowerment journey. The Inner Mystic Mastery Membership is only available to members of the SMART Rituals Training Program.

Once these two foundational coursework programs are completed, members then receive the ability to participate in additional, more advanced & specialized studies such as in Sacred Sexuality or working with Sacred Plant Medicines. This ensures that new spiritual seekers establish a strong baseline of working with Spirit first before they embark on more powerful, and potentially more dangerous yet key components of their spiritual empowerment journeys. Through our frameworks The SMART Rituals Training Program and The Sensoralogy System, we ensure flexibility & safety in our spiritual approach, thus positioning ourselves as a sanctuary for deep soul exploration and awakening to one's divine potential.

As a spiritual empowerment teacher, guide, and energy worker our founder, Yanick Webster, has the experience and training to support individuals on their spiritual journey, including certification as an NLP Life Coach, Metaphysical teacher, Certified Hypnotherapist, Theta Healer, Reiki Energy Worker, Author, and Program Creator, among other skills. Her well rounded experience has led her to ensure that the Ananda Life Academy programs provide a deep, rich, and profound spiritual transformation in a down-to-Earth, easy to understand way. This means that whether you are a newbie to metaphysics and spirituality, or if you’ve been around the Chakra block a time or two, the Ananda Life Academy can meet you where you are.
